A booking is considered confirmed only after:
The required payment or deposit has been received.
A booking confirmation has been issued by Travel Together.
Customers may request cancellation of their booking by contacting Travel Together through the official communication channels.
Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on:
The type of travel service booked.
The cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, or other third-party suppliers.
The time remaining before the scheduled departure or service date.

Travel Together is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party service providers.
Requests to modify travel dates, destinations, passenger details, or other booking information are subject to availability and the policies of the relevant service providers.
Additional charges or fare differences may apply.
If Travel Together is required to cancel a booking due to circumstances within our control, customers will be offered:
An alternative travel arrangement, where available; or
A refund of amounts received by Travel Together, subject to deductions for non-refundable amounts already paid to third-party suppliers where applicable.
Travel Together shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from such cancellations.
Travel Together shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather conditions
Pandemics or public health emergencies
Government restrictions or travel advisories
Civil unrest or strikes
Acts of war or terrorism
Airline operational disruptions
Any other force majeure event
Refunds in such cases will be governed by the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
