Travel Together – Terms of Service

Welcome to Travel Together, an India-based traveller networking platform. By downloading, accessing, or using our app or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Travel Together enables users to connect with co-passengers traveling on the same flight. Users may discover profiles, express interest, and communicate upon mutual consent. Certain features require payment.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

• You must be 18 years or older

• You must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

• You must provide accurate and truthful information

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

• You are liable for all activity under your account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating policies

4. Paid Features & Digital Purchases

• Travel Together offers paid digital features to unlock connections

• Payments must be made through:

  • Google Play Billing (Android)

  • Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)

• Prices are clearly displayed before purchase

⚠️ We do not support external payment methods inside the app, in compliance with store policies.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All purchases are for digital services and are generally non-refundable

• Refunds, if applicable, are handled by:

  • Google Play (via Play Store refund system)

  • Apple App Store (via Apple refund request system)

• Users must request refunds directly through the respective platform:

  • Google Play: Within their refund window

  • Apple: Via “Report a Problem”

We do not process refunds directly unless required by law.

6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, users must follow these rules:

Allowed Behavior

• Respectful communication

• Genuine networking and interaction

• Accurate profile and travel details

Prohibited Behavior

• Harassment, abuse, or hate speech

• Fake profiles or impersonation

• Sharing explicit, illegal, or harmful content

• Spamming or commercial solicitation

• Attempting to move payments outside the platform

Violations may result in:

• Content removal

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account ban

7. User-Generated Content Moderation

• Users can create profiles, messages, and interactions

• Travel Together may:

  • Review and moderate content

  • Remove inappropriate content

  • Restrict accounts violating policies

We comply with platform requirements for user-generated content safety and reporting.

8. Reporting & Blocking

Users can:

• Report inappropriate profiles or messages

• Block other users

We take reports seriously and may take action within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Safety Disclaimer (User Interaction Disclaimer)

Travel Together is a facilitation platform only.

• We do not verify all user identities or backgrounds

• We do not guarantee compatibility, intent, or behavior of users

• Any interaction, meeting, or communication is at your own risk

Users are strongly advised:

• Not to share sensitive personal or financial information

• To exercise caution when meeting someone in person

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

• Successful connections

• Conversations or responses

• Any personal, professional, or business outcomes

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to data collection necessary for service functionality.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology belong to Travel Together. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Together is not responsible for:

• User interactions or disputes

• Offline meetings or outcomes

• Losses, damages, or harm arising from platform use

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Travel Together against claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform

• Violation of these Terms

• Interactions with other users

15. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Remove content

• Restrict access without prior notice for violations
